We are offering the TWO-day, in-person CLAC and THREE half DAY virtual. Come and get to know the new CLA design where you can benefit from learning how to interpret the Collective Leadership Assessment, how to implement it in companies, as well as how to build development journeys using the CLA.
The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) Certification is a companion certification to the Leadership Circle Profile Certification.
N.B. Completion of the LCP Certification is a pre-requisite for participation in the CLA Certification.
WHAT IS NEW?
Practice makes the master - Not only have we changed the way of learning, making it more experiential and focused on the participant's needs and situations, but also, we have doubled the number of practical hours to ensure that knowledge is applicable. Designed with 6 practices on different aspects of the use of a CLA: understanding the tool and the report, interpreting results, designing a debrief session and a transformation journey for a collective.
Being is social - When we connect, we start to realize more of ourselves, and we can grow inside and outside. The CLA Evolved Experience is designed to encourage participants to work together to gain insight into the team's consciousness, dynamics, patterns, and how you can animate their Collective Leadership.

We want to enable the meaning-making conversations that are needed for the diversity of thought to unfold. After the Evolved Collective Leadership Certification, you will enhance your skills for transformative conversations with groups.
One tool, multiple ways of working - Be a consultant and analyze the gaps, and design plans to fill them with actions to be followed up in 3 or 6 months. Or maybe, use the CLA as a starting point for conversations that uncover assumptions for long-lasting change. We’ve developed new application strategies, and we want to share them with you.

WHAT IS THE COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT (CLA)?
CLA is based on the integrated Leadership Circle framework, and measures leaders’ perception of their current leadership culture and compares/contrasts it with their own description of the ideal culture necessary for strategic and organisation success. A detailed gap analysis shows specific, actionable areas for improvement.
How do LCP and CLA work differently?
Where the LCP provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development, the CLA builds readiness for change at the collective leadership level.

The CLA Certification focuses on how to practically work with and effectively debrief teams and collective leadership groups. Upon completion of the CLA Certification you will be certified in administering and debriefing The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA). You will also learn distinctions between debriefing the CLA and a Leadership Circle Profile Group Report.
If you attended a Leadership Circle Profile Certification prior to 2017 you will be familiar with the Leadership Circle Culture Survey, however you would not have had the opportunity to delve into the CLA to the depth we believe it deserves. This additional program provides you with that opportunity, so we encourage all TLC consultants to join us for this content rich, experiential day focused on deepening your ability to understand, work with and effectively debrief the CLA for the greater benefit of your clients.
