The Leadership Circle Profile
Certification
The Leadership Circle Profile Certification is a powerful, content rich and engaging three-day program. In attending, you will become certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and the Leadership Circle Profile-Manager Edition (LCP-ME) and to provide debriefing and follow-through coaching for senior leaders and managers.
The Leadership Circle Profile is considered is a true breakthrough among 360-degree profiles. It helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness and business performance. Once this awareness is established, leadership development becomes more meaningful and impactful. Without this awareness, change rarely happens.

Who Should Attend?
This 3-day certification workshop is for organisational and leadership consultants, facilitators, executive and developmental coaches, internal organisational development and senior human resources professionals, and for company executives. In registering please consider that a key criteria required by The Leadership Circle for attending certification is that you have prior coaching and/or one-on-one development experience.
On registration we request that you forward a brief Bio or LinkedIn Profile which highlights your coaching/consulting experience in the following, or related, areas: Executive Coaching, OD/Change Management, Learning & Development, Culture Transformation, Executive Leadership &/or Management Development Programs, Senior HR Roles, Counselling or Psychology, Teaching or Group Facilitation.
Should you not have prior coaching experience, please contact us so that we can have a more detailed discussion with you to ensure the Certification meets your needs and there is a match to the criteria above.
In order to meet certification requirements, you will be expected to attend all 3 days and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence. You will also be required to complete the Post Certification Requirements listed below.
The Certification Process
What to Expect at Certification
The three day Leadership Circle Profile Certification is rich with information, research, experiential processes, group sharing, demonstrations and time for practice and debriefs. It has been intentionally designed to ensure you leave with a deep understanding of the power of The Leadership Circle Framework and the ability to debrief the LCP 360 assessments to a high level of confidence.
The certification learning environment is a both a personal and a collaborative experience. Prior to the certification you will personally experience the Leadership Circle Profile 360 feedback process and receive a 90 minute debrief with one of the TLC Faculty. One of the added benefits is the opportunity for sharing experiences and learning from each other, both during and after the certification. You will also be encouraged to continue your own development post the certification with one of your colleagues in the workshop.
Participation
Each day starts at 9.30AM sharp and ends at 6.00PM. In order to meet certification requirements, you are expected to attend all 3 days and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence. Should you need to miss any part of a session, please let us know in advance so that we can discuss your absence with the facilitator to ensure that you can still meet certification requirements.
Dress Code for the 3 days is business-casual.
Meals and Refreshments
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided on all 3 days. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, there will be an opportunity to note these during the registration process.

After you register, you’ll receive a Registration Confirmation with more details about logistics including the venue location, parking, hotels nearby and so forth. Please be on the lookout and make sure @theleadershipcircle.com is added to your address book.

Meet Your Facilitator
Gaurav Arora
Gaurav’s philosophy in life is “Keep Inspiring - Keep Growing!”. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Gaurav was the 2009-10 Young HR Professional of the Year for the Employer Branding Institute. He served as President of the ICF Hyderabad Chapter from 2012-2015.
Gaurav has Facilitated and coached clients from various industries including Retail, Pharma, Banking, Insurance, Information Technology, Service and NGOs. As a facilitator, Gaurav is recognised for creating a stimulating and interactive learning environment, encouraging participation and individual creativity.
Required Prework
Provide a copy of your Bio or Profile
Once you register, you’ll be asked to email us a copy of a brief Bio, Profile or link to your LinkedIn Profile (one page minimum). If not part of your Bio, please provide details of your coaching experience and whether you have experience with other 360 assessments.
Complete your personal Leadership Circle Profile (LCP):
As part of the certification process, before you attend the certification you are required to complete a Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and a Debrief Session of your LCP with a TLC Coach.
After you register, you will receive an e-mail from notifications@theleadershipcircle.com. It will include your personal assessment link and instructions on how to log-on to The Leadership Circle® 360. Please log in as soon as possible, so that you and your evaluators have time to complete your profile within the time required.

Post Certification Requirements
You will receive more information about your post certification requirements during the certification workshop. These requirements include:
Completing a Reflective Learning Exercise within two weeks of program completion.
Ordering and debriefing a Leadership Circle Profile, then arranging a post debrief supervision session to discuss and reflect on your experience. A complimentary LCP is provided as part of the workshop.
Once you have successfully completed the 3 day workshop and your Post Certification requirements, you will be setup as a Certified Consultant and receive information on how to access TLC resources and support from our Client Services Team.
