The Level 1: LCP Certification?

The Leadership Circle Profile Certification is a powerful, content-rich and engaging seven-day online program. In attending, you will become certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and the Leadership Circle Profile-Manager Edition (LCP-ME) and to provide debriefing and follow-through coaching for senior leaders and managers. Each day will consist of 5 hours of learning with breaks in between. Starting at 11 am GMT time every morning.

The Leadership Circle Profile is considered a true breakthrough amongst 360-degree profiles. It helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness and business performance. Once this awareness is established, leadership development becomes more meaningful and impactful. Without this awareness, change rarely happens.

Who Should Attend

This 3-day online certification workshop is for organizational and leadership consultants, facilitators, executive and developmental coaches, internal organisational development and senior human resources professionals, and for company executives. 

On registration, we request that you forward a brief Bio or LinkedIn Profile which highlights your coaching/consulting experience in the following, or related, areas: Executive Coaching, OD/Change Management, Learning & Development, Culture Transformation, Executive Leadership &/or Management Development Programs, Senior HR Roles, Counselling or Psychology, Teaching or Group Facilitation.

For consultants/attendees who’ll be delivering and debriefing the Leadership Circle 360 assessment on an ongoing basis as part of leadership development or coaching programs with clients, it is expected that you'd have prior coaching and/or one-on-one development experience. Should that not be the case please let us know so that we can have a more detailed discussion with you to ensure the certification meets your needs.

In order to meet certification requirements, you will be expected to attend all 3 days in full and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence. You will also be required to complete the Post Certification Requirements listed below.

The Level 2: Collective Leadership Certification

Our additional 2-day Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) Certification (Formerly known as the Leadership Culture Survey Certification) is a companion certification to the 3-day Leadership Circle Profile Certification. 

N.B. Completion of the 3-day LCP Certification is a pre-requisite for participation in the CLA Certification. 

The CLA Certification focuses on how to practically work with and effectively debrief teams and collective leadership groups.  Upon completion of the CLA Certification, you will be certified in administering and debriefing The Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) (formerly known as The Leadership Culture Survey - LCS).  You will also learn distinctions between debriefing the CLA and a Leadership Circle Profile Group Report.

The Collective Leadership Assessment fits seamlessly with the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) because it is built from the same framework as the LCP. Where the LCP provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development, the CLA builds readiness for change at the collective leadership level.

If you attended a Leadership Circle Profile Certification prior to 2017 you will be familiar with the Leadership Circle Culture Survey, however, you would not have had the opportunity to delve into the CLA to the depth we believe it deserves. This additional 1-day program provides you with that opportunity, so we encourage all LC consultants to join us for this content-rich, experiential day focused on deepening your ability to understand, work with and effectively debrief the CLA for the greater benefit of your clients.

Certification gives you a powerful framework for enhancing leadership development and effectiveness

The Leadership Circle Profile™ Certification is packed with content designed to help you understand, work with, and effectively debrief The Leadership Circle assessments.

Over the last decade, The Leadership Circle has risen to the top tier of leadership assessments and is preferred by executive and leadership development professionals worldwide.

In this session you will gain in-depth knowledge about the Universal Model of Leadership and the stage of development frameworks upon which the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360° (LCP) is built.

Our unique integration of psychological, leadership and development theory will provide you with transformational insight to help your clients increase their leadership effectiveness.

You’ll also learn a proven method for debriefing the Profile, and practice with others to develop the skills and confidence to successfully use the Profile immediately after certification

What to expect at the Certification

The three-day online Leadership Circle Profile Certification is rich with information, research, experiential processes, group sharing, demonstrations and time for practice and debriefs. It has been intentionally designed to ensure you leave with a deep understanding of the power of The Leadership Circle Framework and the ability to debrief the LCP 360 assessments to a high level of confidence.

The certification learning environment is both a personal and a collaborative experience. Prior to the certification, you will need to complete your own personal LCP Profile and at a time mutually convenient you will also personally experience the Leadership Circle Profile 360 feedback process and receive a 90 minute debrief with one of the LC Faculty. One of the added benefits is the opportunity for sharing experiences and learning from each other, both during and after the certification. You will also be encouraged to continue your own development post the certification with one of your colleagues in the workshop.

Participation

Each day starts at 9.00 AM sharp and ends at 5:00 PM In order to meet certification requirements, you are expected to attend all 3 days and demonstrate an ability to create a safe space through your presence for debriefing the LCP 360 to a satisfactory level of competence.  Should you need to miss any part of a session, please let us know in advance so that we can discuss your absence with the facilitator to ensure that you can still meet certification requirements.  

Your LCP Feedback Session with your coach must be completed prior to Certification.

Payment Terms

Payment for Certifications must be received 20 days prior to the Certification or 6 weeks prior to the Certification in order to benefit from the Early Bird discount. An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you have registered online or in person.

Payment Methods

For Certifications payment can be made by credit card, cash, wire transfer or paypal.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 20 Business days before the first day of certification will incur no cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 10 business days of the first day of certification will incur an $1000 cancellation fee which covers profile and debrief.

In order to receive your refund, please send us your account details and the refund will be transferred within 10 business days.

Post Certification Requirements

You will receive more information about your post-certification requirements during the certification workshop. These requirements include:

• Satisfactorily completing a Reflective Learning Exercise preferably within 2-3 weeks of program completion (written, open-book exercise where you answer a number of questions reviewing key aspects of the material covered in certification)

• Successfully completing a post-certification mentoring session with one of our Leadership Circle Executive Coaches prepares you for your first client debrief. A complimentary LCP is provided as part of the workshop that can be used for this coaching session.

Once you have successfully completed the workshop and your Post Certification requirements, you will be set up as a Certified Consultant and receive information on how to access LC resources and support from our Client Services Team.

Ongoing Support

Full details on how to order LC Products, access pricing lists, resources, webinars, videos and connect with our LC Community via Social Media will be provided post certification. You will also have access to our specialist Client Services Team.
